Bite Beauty Multistick in Creme Caramel and Macaroon [Swatches + Review] by Victoria Huynh on Mar 29, 2017

9
I may or may not have a new addiction to Bite Beauty's products. After trying their Edgy Neutrals Amuse Bouche Lipstick a while back, I knew I had to explore other products from the line. This time, I experimented with their very versatile Multistick in Creme Caramel and Macaroon. You have to trust me on this one, they did not disappoint! Read on for my full review:

Background/Claims
Product information from Sephora:

"What it is:
A multistick that applies like a cream and wears like a powder for weightless color application—just apply with your finger or a brush on the eyes, lips, and cheeks.

What it does:
With 35 percent powder in each Multistick bullet, this silicone-free formula creates a soft focus finish that's blendable, breathable, and buildable. It features universal shades for the eyes, lips, and cheeks that compliment all skin tones and are formulated to use anywhere on the face. "

Packaging/Design

The Bite Beauty Multistick (.17 oz / 4.75 g) comes in a plastic cylinder bullet casing. You twist up for more product, just like a lipstick. You can easily drop it in your purse or pocket for touch ups whenever you need it. They're very cute in my opinion!

A Closer Look:

Shades/Texture

Creme Caramel is a fresh melon color and Macaroon is a deep dusty rose. The formula for this stick is ultra soft, creamy, and blendable. It's lightweight and highly buildable. You can go sheer or full on color with this product. The colors felt very comfortable and moisturizing to wear.

In Action
Here are the sticks applied on my eyes, cheeks, and lips:

I personally loved Macaroon as a natural rosy blush and lip color and Creme Caramel as a cute peachy blush and eye color. Creme Caramel looked extremely pale on my lips for my light to medium skin tone. Macaroon, on the other hand, was a nice vibrant, flirty fuchsia on my lips.

Here they are only as a lip color:

Performance
These multisticks are so creamy and pigmented; you'd be impressed! It's so easy to apply with your finger or a brush and the color pickup is like a dream. You only need a small, light swipe for a whole lot of color. As a creamy shadow and blush, the staying power is incredible. It lasts all day and doesn't budge. As a lipstick, it easily transfers, but it could last you through a meal or a third of your day without a primer. Overall, I think it's safe to say that I'm in love with this versatile color stick! I just wish the lip color had better staying power. I would love to try more colors in the future, though.
