Product description from Sephora:
"A warming massage mask that nourishes and revitalizes the skin for a glowing, smooth complexion. Featuring an intensely moisturizing combination of honey (a natural humectant used since ancient times), propolis (found in beehives), and amino acid-rich royal jelly, this mask enhances the skin for a younger appearance. A unique, patent-protected variant of echinacea purpurea, GreenEnvy™ contains the highest known concentration of the phytochemical cichoric acid—a potent, natural antioxidant that enhances the hydrating and purifying benefits of honey. The balm gently warms and transforms into a rich cream as it’s massaged into the skin for an indulgent experience."
The Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask (4.1 oz / 117 g) comes in the cutest glass honey jar and a wooden screw cap. The cap has a magnetic surface for the spatula to stick onto, which I thought was pretty creative. I absolutely loved unboxing this product; even the box design was beautiful!
The mask is a bright yellow color, and quite thick, just like honey! However, once massaged into face, it is very easy to spread. It kind of just melts onto your skin and creates a warming sensation. While giving it time to sink in, your skin will look very glossy. A little goes a long way with this product.
Here it is applied onto my skin:
The mask has a rather waxy scent that I'm not quite fond of. I was kind of sad that it doesn't smell like actual honey, but the smell doesn't bother me too much.
This mask is ultra gentle and smoothing! It's easy to wash off and I love how each usage is like a treat to my skin. On mornings I wake up with a dull complexion, I use this after I shower for a quick pick me up. It feels great and it gives my skin a more radiant complexion. My skin is left nourished, hydrated and ready for the rest of my skin routine.
