What Taking One A Day Vitamins Twice A Day Has Done For My Beauty by Jinra Ilustrisimo on Jun 5, 2013

Before I discuss the changes, I'm just going to put it out there: I'm not a health professional. Just a person who likes filling time by watching documentaries and doing random Internet research on random things. So, randomly I found out that it's not too horrible if you take more than the daily recommended amount of vitamins. In fact, your body just pees it out if you happen to OD on water soluble vitamins. I also learned that the multivitamins may not contain the exact amount of vitamins or minerals stated on the label! With that in mind, I decided to be daring and take One A Day Vitamins twice a day. Two because I somehow just eat lunch for breakfast and because vitamins aren't cheap.
Since this experiment, I've discovered the following:
- Crazy fast nail growth!
- My root touch-up appointments have to be scheduled sooner, perhaps the hair is growing fast too?
- No breakouts!!!
- Luminous, non-dull skin.
- Dark undereye circles are less dark, so less concealer use.
Lastly, more energy. More energy makes me feel good. When you feel good, you look great! Seems like Katy Perry is all about vitamins and supplements also, judging from a recent tweet:
Now, this isn't to say that everyone should go crazy and jump on the vitamin bandwagon. I'm just merely expressing the changes since I'm pretty happy about them. If I start becoming unhappy, I'll let you know.
